SIRSANA: THE POSTURE ON THE HEAD

The regular practice of SIRSASANA circulates a stream of pure and healthy
blood through the brain cells, rejuvenating them, with which the force of
thought increases and the ideas become clearer. This asana is a tonic for
people whose brain fatigued quickly, and ensures adequate blood supply for
the irrigation of the pituitary and pineal glands of the brain. Growth, health
